Please inspect your items when you recieve them and notify us as soon as you can of any issues. Any item defects found after 3 days of receiving the shipment will be charged a restocking fee to be returned.

Customer returns will be given store credit only and issued in the form of a digital gift card.

Exchanges: Exchanges are only for the same item in a different size or color. Due to our limited quantities per unique style, we cannot guarantee an exchange will be possible. Exchanges MUST be made within 7 days of the date the item was marked delivered or picked up. The item upon return must meet all the return guidelines below. Please contact email@example.com before sending back your order and provide your order number and "exchange" in the subject line. If we are out of stock of the item you are exchanging you will be issued a store credit via a digital gift card.
All Returns must be received within 7 calendar days of when the order was received. Customer is responsible for paying the shipping fee to send the item back for a return. Exchanges and returns must be in original, unused, unworn condition with no defects, no stains, no makeup marks, no pet hair, no smells or signs that the item has been worn or used. All tags must be attached and packing slips included with the return. Once received, please allow up to 7 business days for the return to be processed. Your gift card will be issued for the previous item returned subtotal only, excluding the shipping service and taxes. The shipping is not refunded because that service was provided.
